Well we are hopeful that we may get out gigging later this year. If the target date of June 21st happens we actually have a gig booked on June 26th at one of our favourite venues - the Bath in Morecambe. Fingers crossed it happens.
Keep checking our Live Dates page for latest info
The intention to hit the studio and record the new album is still there and we now have more tracks to consider as Craig has demoed four more possible ones.
That being said the important thing is that everyone stays safe and healthy so we would urge you to continue to follow social distancing guidelines, stay at home if you can and we will see you all when it is all over. Take some time to relax, slow down a bit and chill if you can.
Welcome to the official web site for The CLAN.
Good Time Feel Good Rock!
"We're gonna have a party and we hope you'll stay" - We can't really say it any better than that. We are a UK based three-piece rock band delivering what we call Good time Feel good Rock for all types of audience. We combine passion, enthusiasm and fun for what we hope will be a memorable night out. After all - Rock and Roll was never really meant to be taken too seriously.
Celebrating their 11th year in 2021 The Clan play their own rock classics with a sprinkling of rock covers by the likes of: ZZ Top, Status Quo, Dire Straits, T.Rex, Robin Trower and a few unexpected ones as well :-), all good though. We endeavour to put on a stage show in which we strive to entertain and help everyone to go home happy.
Since coming together mid 2010 The Clan has played many gigs supporting a long list of major acts such as Wshbone Ash, LA Guns, Uli Jon Roth, The Virgin Mary's, Raven ,GMT (featuring ex Gillan members Bernie Tormé and John McCoy), Martin Turner (ex Wishbone Ash), Blaze Bayley (Wolfsbane/ex Iron Maiden), Hand of Dimes,, The Quireboys, LA Guns, Graham Bonnet and the legendary Sweet.
In addition we have also opened shows for several of the UK's top tribute acts including, Priest Unleashed, The Bon Jovi Experience, DIIO, Sack Sabbath, Mentallica and Hi-on Maiden
The band have played numerous festivals including Cambridge Rock Festival, Fakefest, Two appearances at Mearfest , Out of the Ashes, Welsh Bike show and they also topped the bill at Llandudno Music Festival.
In 2019 we closed the LLandudno festival TVWstock.
2020 (the band's 10th year) was shaping up nicely with more support slots and festival dates already booked. Most were cancelled of course but that can't be helped let's hope we get to play this year. We will of course continue to play Pub venues where Rock music is appreciated and we have such venues included in this year's bookings.
Suffice to say - As soon as we are able we will be back delivering our Good time Feel good Rock,
Until then Keep Rockin'
Reviews - What others say
"The Clan played at our Llandudno music festival "Played Off the Park" and were amazing. We had them as our Saturday night headline act and they interacted amazingly with the crowd wowing them with their high voltage set. To say they were incredible doesn't really do The Clan justice, they owned it. I would definitely recommend this band and I for one would love to work with them again."
Garrin Martin Miles Amies - Event organiser
"“As the band say themselves - It’s not brain surgery…if we have fun and the audience has fun, everyone goes home happy.”
"A good time power trio without any pretence yet exuding panache combined with enthusiasm,
